Payment automation with seller control

ZoliBot should only share payment instructions when the seller has enabled a valid setup. If bank transfer is enabled, payment links are disabled; if payment links are enabled, bank transfer is disabled.

What it supports

Sellers can use Monnify payment links or manual bank transfer details, but only one method is active at a time.

What it supports

ZoliBot sends the enabled payment method with the correct order amount and reference.

What it supports

Payment confirmation can update the order and customer conversation when an automated gateway webhook is available.

Order follow-up after payment

Once payment is confirmed, the assistant can ask for delivery name, phone number, and address so the seller can fulfil the order with less manual back-and-forth.

1

Seller chooses the active payment method in ZoliBot settings.

2

ZoliBot creates the order and sends the matching payment instruction.

3

The order is confirmed after payment is verified, then ZoliBot asks for delivery details.

What sellers should expect

This page is written for live businesses using ZoliBot with real customers, real stock, payment decisions, and support conversations that sometimes need a human handover.

Accurate context

The bot should use products, settings, payment choices, and order state from the seller dashboard before suggesting an answer.

Human escalation

Refunds, paid cancellations, fulfillment disputes, and sensitive issues should move to store review instead of unsafe automatic action.

Customer language

Replies should follow the language or informal style the customer is using while keeping prices, links, product names, and order IDs exact.
